About Us
Shop Analytics is a technological research company, which is a member of the Israeli Marketing Association, helping online sales companies make efficient decisions based on precise information in real time. We analyze e-commerce purchases in Israel, in order to understand your and your competitors’ register performance.


Our information is provided through a panel of 3,200 consumers constituting a full representative sample of all population segments in Israel. Our panel members voluntarily installed a technological component monitoring all their contacts with commercial brands – from purchase to receiving the shipment, on their desktop and mobile. We monitor hundreds of transactions daily, and we continue expanding the panel and our technological ability in the field.
Because of this unique technology, we produce dozens of real-time reports and segmentations: register performance of brands in Israel and abroad, items sold, pricing, sales and discounts, purchase dates, repeated purchases, service complaints and more. All data is cross-referenced with the demographic data of our panel members,
including age, gender, place of residence, religious affiliation, education, income, family status and number of children.


The company is partnered with Ifat Group and Nati Yackobey, who has 20 years’ experience in the decision-supporting marketing information field at the fascinating crossroads of technology, research, and media. Yackobey was one of the founders of Ifat Media Analysis, which today is situated as a unique research body, and for many years managed Ifat Advertising Monitoring, which became the leading financial index in the field of advertising.
